Amy Dieterich is recognized for the third year in the area of business litigation. Prior to joining Skelton Taintor & Abbott, Dieterich was associated with two prominent New York law firms during which time she gained valuable litigation experience. She represents individual clients and businesses in commercial disputes, employment and labor law matters, as well as litigation, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings.
Four-time honoree Clement is recognized in the areas of general litigation and personal injury. A strong advocate for his clients, Clement’s litigation experience includes personal injury law, professional malpractice, real estate and commercial disputes, family law, and immigration. Prior to joining Skelton Taintor & Abbott, Clement was an attorney at another Maine law firm.
