Webber will be a presenter at the 3rd Annual Municipal HR & Management Conference presented by the Maine Municipal Association in cooperation with the Maine Local Government Human Resources Association. The day-long conference will be held at Thomas College in Waterville on June 15, 2017. In Webber’s hour-long session, Building a Discrimination Free Work Environment, she will address issues of age, religion and gender as well as other forms of discrimination that are concerns for municipal employers. Webber will discuss how employers can build a “discrimination free” environment, with a particular focus on the challenges involving older workers.
